These terms and conditions apply to your use of localseoserviceslondon.co.uk and to the local SEO services provided by RankLocale (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

RankLocale is a local SEO agency based in London, United Kingdom. You can reach us at contact@localseoserviceslondon.co.uk.

2. Using this website

The content on this website is general information about local SEO and our services. It is not tailored professional advice for your business. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or complete. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

3. Our services

We provide local SEO services such as Google Business Profile optimisation, local citations, on-page SEO, content, review strategy and reporting. The exact work included depends on the plan you choose, as described on our pricing page and in any written proposal we send you. If a proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal takes priority for that specific point.

4. Fees and payment

Our monthly plans currently start at £350, £500 and £800 per month. Prices are in pounds sterling and VAT will be added where it applies. Fees are billed monthly in advance, and work begins once the first payment has been received. If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is up to date.

5. Term and cancellation

Our plans run on a rolling monthly basis with no long lock-in contract. Either party may cancel by giving 30 days’ written notice by email. Fees already paid for work delivered are non-refundable, except as set out in our progress guarantee below. When the service ends, we will hand back any account access and you keep the deliverables you have paid for.

6. Your responsibilities

To get results, we need your help. You agree to give us accurate information about your business, provide timely access to your Google Business Profile, website, Search Console and other relevant accounts, and review or approve work within a reasonable time. You remain the owner of your accounts, website and business listings at all times.

7. Results

Search rankings are decided by Google and other search engines, which we do not control. No honest agency can guarantee a specific position, and we never promise first place. We follow search engine guidelines and use proven, white-hat methods, and we report openly on the progress your campaign is making.

8. Our progress guarantee

If, after your first three consecutive paid months, we cannot show measurable progress in the metrics agreed at the start of your campaign (for example, map pack visibility, rankings for agreed keywords, or Google Business Profile calls and views), we will refund 50% of the fees paid for that period. To qualify, you must have given us the access we needed, followed our key recommendations, and not made major changes to your website or listings without telling us. Requests must be sent by email within 14 days of the end of the three-month period. The guarantee applies once per client.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and branding, belongs to RankLocale unless stated otherwise. Once paid for, content and deliverables we create specifically for your business are yours to use. Our tools, templates, processes and know-how remain our property.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, login details and results confidential and only use them to deliver your services. We may refer to you as a client or share anonymised results only with your permission.

11. Third-party platforms

Our work relies on platforms such as Google, directories and review sites. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, algorithm updates or decisions to suspend or change a listing, although we will help you respond if this happens.

12. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity. Our total liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

13. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top. For active clients, we will give notice by email before any significant change takes effect.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
